CremyX में आपका स्वागत है। ये Terms of Service AI marketing platform तक access और use को govern करते हैं। Services use करने से पहले ध्यान से पढ़ें।
1. Terms की Acceptance
CremyX access या use करके, आप इन Terms of Service से bound होने पर agree करते हैं।
हम ये Terms समय-समय पर update कर सकते हैं। Changes के बाद continued use revised terms की acceptance है।
2. Account Responsibilities
Account बनाते समय accurate और complete information provide करनी होगी।
Account credentials की confidentiality और account के under सभी activities की responsibility आपकी है।

3. Credit System और Billing
CremyX credit-based system पर operate करता है। AI features use करने पर credits consume होते हैं।
Refund Policy: Paid plans में first subscription purchase date से 14-day money-back guarantee included है।
Credits non-transferable और non-refundable हैं।
4. AI-Generated Content Ownership
आप अपना बनाया content own करते हैं। CremyX से brand data use करके generated सभी text, images, videos, और marketing plans आपके हैं।
CremyX generated content पर ownership claim नहीं करता।
5. Acceptable Use
आप CremyX को इन कामों के लिए use नहीं करेंगे:
• Illegal, harmful, threatening, या discriminatory content बनाना।
• Misleading marketing materials बनाना।
• AI models reverse-engineer करने की कोशिश करना।
• Credit limits circumvent करना या multiple accounts बनाना।
6. Governing Law
ये Terms State of Delaware, United States के laws से govern होते हैं।
Disputes पहले good-faith negotiation से resolve किए जाएंगे।
